Terms of Service

Gudvins is a CRM for real-estate and small businesses. It is currently in early access: features may change, and it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You are responsible for your login credentials, for everyone you invite into your workspace, and for their activity. Tell us promptly at hello@gudvins.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• Only upload personal data (including contacts and leads) that you are entitled to process, and for which you have any consent or lawful basis required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. You are the data fiduciary for that data.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other workspaces, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

Your workspace content is yours. You grant Gudvins a limited licence to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to operate the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and do not use it to train generalised AI models. You can export a full copy or delete your workspace at any time from Settings.

If you connect Google Sheets, you authorise Gudvins to read the specific spreadsheet you select in order to import rows as leads. You can disconnect at any time. Use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The Service is free during early access. We do not collect card details and will not charge you without your clear prior consent. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you reasonable advance notice and you may decline and stop using the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not offer a service-level guarantee during early access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with notice where practicable.

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, or legal risk, and will try to give notice and a chance to export your data where reasonable.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Gudvins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing.

You will indemnify Gudvins against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms, including claims by individuals whose personal data you uploaded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
